The staff went above and beyond—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the butlers, who were truly exceptional. Our room was nothing short of perfect—spacious, clean, and beautiful. The housekeeping team was equally attentive and gracious. We highly recommend indulging in a spa massage for a truly relaxing experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the beachfront dining for breakfast, which added a special touch to our mornings. Many resorts claim to be 'beachfront,' but The Windsong is genuinely located right on the stunning Grace Bay Beach—no long walks required. If you're looking for a luxurious, clean, and beautiful retreat, we can't recommend The Windsong enough!"

"Great place, great staff, great looking property. Had a wonderful time. The places EXCEPTIONALLY maintained. Pools were very quiet. Daily happy hour was awesome, The pelican dining option was very good - presentation, flavor, value. We ate there once per each meal (bfast, lunch, dinner). Would stay here again. chairs and umbrellas were always available and setup."

"This was the most amazing boutique hotel! This is in a quieter side of the island in Blue Mountain and you feel very isolated from the busier Grace Bay. Worth every penny and made a very important birthday extra special. We had a one bedroom with a plunge pool. While the main pool is nice, we were shocked so many people enjoyed that all day and not the private slice of beach. The resort is also surrounded by a reef system that’s awesome to snorkel. Vitas Italian based restaurant was amazing and we made several stops at Cocos Boutique for gifts, Tylenol and great advice. The main office helps setup activities for you and most come with travel to and from. We could not be more grateful for the team of staff that made it so pleasant. "

"Amazing property and very conveniently located to the downtown area and beach. The room and living area is tastefully done. The restaurant was also amazing. Loved everything we had there for breakfast. The staff were great and also loved the welcome drink of rum punch. We were also able to utilize the free bicycles to explore around. Definitely worth staying at for the price point "

"The food was excellent and many dining experiences were available with the option of going to their sister resort also. They provided a shuttle to the sister resort also. The beach area in front of the resort is very large and easy to go for long walks on the beach. An easy mile walk to the shopping district and walk to the local Thursday night Fish Fry. "
