"The location was very good 👍 close to the EUROSTAR, the reception were accommodating and ensures safety of goods left in the luggage area 👍 the room was well equipped with tea, coffee, kettle 😀 and all the equipment to make you feel at home. "Not in very good shape, electric in bathroom falls out of the wall, coffee pod does not fit in machine. Very dirty floors everywhere also in breakfast room. Orange mold in shower area, no proper cleaning/decalcification. "

"Lovely old building with pleasant grounds but the unit lacked a great deal. Firstly, no air conditioning on a 34 degree day is a huge problem for anyone. We had to ask for a fan and leave windows on ground floor open all night in order to get some kind of sleep. NOT IDEAL for safety. Kitchen facilities were lacking, no chopping/cutting board, no sharp knife to cut anything, no microwave heating bowl, slow oven top, no egg spatula or tongs, no toaster. "I loved the proximity to the Lille Europe Train Station, metro and bus stops. Easy access to Westfield Euralile and many dining options in the town center. Took me an easy 5 minute walk to the mall and an additional 5 minute to the Center. Many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, Bureau du Change…loved the staff’s attention to the guests, and housekeeping did a great job with the room; it was spotless. Great amenities too (Rituals Products, a Nespresso machine and Kusmi Tea). Will definitely stay again! "
