"DO NOT STAY! What they don't tell you in the fine print is that they use level 1 & 2 as accommodation for outpatients from mental hospital, prison release, homeless etc. We were travelling with young children and didn't feel safe getting into the elevator or walking out of the hotel as we had to step over the drug affected people to leave the hotel, ask the group of men who looked to be doing a drug deal to allow us to pass. When i asked the hotel if they used the hotel for any other purposes...

"Very nice place. One block from the ocean, walking distance to the cruise ship piers. Huge variety and number of restaurants within walking distance."

"Stayed here for a week for work. The place is very accessible by public transport and if you have your own vehicle then found multiple parking options. Convenient as the supermarket is next door. Found it quiet and peaceful and the apartment was clean too with all the amenities you need. Communication with the team was very good, with a prompt response to any questions. We arrived quite late in the night and found the keys quite easily. "

"Loved our apartment it had everything we needed. Loved the washing machine and dryer. The extra facilities like sauna, spa and pool was amazing great view, loved the sunset. Will come back if ever in melboune again "

"We had a lovely view from a high floor. The room was excellent but the bathtub could do with some re-enamelling and a more comfortable sofa would make it perfect. The room facilities were very good with a large fridge and good freezer plus an electric hob and dishwasher. There was also a nearby utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Although not part of the hotel there was an Italian restaurant next door. We enjoyed our stay and would use this hotel again."
