"Overall, the stay was great mostly due to the service we received when we did need anything. Employees are very friendly and worked quickly to fix anything we found not working properly. My only complaint would be with house keeping as our body wash and conditioner was completely empty. "

"We loved our 2 night stay at The Waters Hotel. It is in a lovely historic building with many modern upgrades in the rooms. The room was big and very comfortable! My husband and I were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and splurged a little to stay here. We enjoyed being near to so many good restaurants and within walking distance was a bonus. The free parking garage is about a block or 2 away but you can pay for valet service at the hotel if you want that service. We ate at The Rooftop grill one night and it was very good. We didn't try the other restaurant on the main floor. The staff and housekeeping were very friendly here and I hope to be back next year. "
