"In the heart of the city center. No need to use a car or other transportation. Underground parking very convenient but I would like it to be free for the guests. Some things could be in better shape like the bath tube that had something broken and when you shower water leaks on the floor. Also a smart tv would be convenient in the suite to watch from bed. Lastly, the breakfast is ok. The area is small and I guess nothing can be done about it but maybe some fried eggs or omelette is a good...

"I was in Sofia for pleasure and very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel is conveniently located and it is clear they spent a lot of money completely rebuilding it. The photos on the walls of the property before show this. Quite incredible. All was very good. My only constructive feedback would be that there were no instructions in English how to use the safe. "Extremely disappointing check in. No one on the desk for 10 mins and once there was someone there they refused to acknowledge Gold Hotels.Com status. Argument ensued and I went to my room. Air-con didn’t work properly, and room was very dated. Moved room and checked out two days early. I cannot comprehend how this is 9.2 rated"
