"Whatever your expectations for a five star luxury hotel, this property exceeded them. We have never been treated so personally, so warmly, and so professionally. From the minute, we arrived by car, they expected us, handled the check-in, and moved us to the front desk, where we were welcomed personally. "Beautiful historic property in excellent condition. Excellent breakfast, super location. Only problem is noise on the side of the hotel facing the courtyard and bar. Could not sleep until the bar shut down our first night. Staff conveniently allowed us to move to a room on the other side of the hotel. No noise problem on that side. "

"Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"This was a lovely, peaceful property where we could unwind from our other travels. The little town was completely walkable and welcoming. The market is a "must" for anyone coming to this town. Patrick and Sabine were wonderful hosts. Would love to visit again and will recommend their hotel to others."

"After being in some other congested, urban areas of France it was a really nice break to stay in a hotel on the edge of town, with a nice river flowing by and lots of greenery. It took about 30 minutes to walk into the central part of town, most of which was along the river on a quiet road. "

"I loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were gorgeous and huge, the hotel itself was so quaint, the location was perfect within walking distance to center of town, the breakfasts were amazing the best of our trip, and the employees were so nice. Would highly recommend."
