"The property is nice and location is great close to many great restaurants. Property front desk has only one person that answer the door as well as help people move into the apartment. So, it is important to have the front door key pad code before arrival since there might be a long wait for the front desk to anwer due to his absent from the desk sometimes. "Excellent knowledge, extremely helpful, ultra friendly staff. Offered a glass of wine and snack. Complimentary beverage including water and soda and chocolates. Given discount card for restaurant. Plentiful food provided for complimentary breakfast for all types of diets, e.g., gluten free. Room was clean and spacious and they allowed us to book in earlier than the 3 pm check in time. AC worked beautifully, comfortable beds."

We used it for a late afternoon rest and shower before going to the airport after a hot day walking around BA. This place was an amazing value. "I only stayed at this property for an afternoon and a morning (as I had to change my accommodation for one night ahead of going to a different city), however I found it to be excellent!
