"I was pleasantly surprised. Did not expect much from the last-minute long weekend booking. This is a family business. Owners are doing all they can to make the stay pleasant for their guests. The room was nice clean and comfortable. Slightly dated to be fair. The biggest pleasure was the quality of the food in the restaurant. We chose to have dinner there for two nights. Located 10 minutes away from everything in the area. "

"Great area to take the kids. There was a lot of Waters sports that the kids used such as kayaks. Water, trampolines, etc.. There is a volleyball net, but you would need to bring your own Volleyball. Sand on the beach is super nice right for kids building Sandcastles"

"This stay was booked for my elderly parents as an anniversary getaway. Upon arrival to their room, they noticed that the AC was extremely noisy, did not work very well, the tv was broken and did not work and the internet was very poor. There was a party of 20+ people at a company function at the same time and the feeling was that the focus and attention was all on this big party and not the rest of the guests. Breakfast was supposed to be included and called continental but there wasn’t any...

"Had a wonderful stay here during the long weekend. The breakfast at the balcony while watching hummungbirds was a lovely experience. Rosie was so warm and welcoming, we loved chatting with her! The place is very well maintained and a short walk from the lake. The highlight of our stay was watching shooting stars at night from the balcony!"
