"The area around the property is great. Staff is good. Room was clean. The hotel corridors have a strong humidity odor that they seem to try to solve with dehumidifiers on the corridors that do not do a good job."

"Great hotel for the price. My room had a musky odor. Since I was out of the room for the majority of the time I was in Durham, it was not a deal breaker. "

"I enjoyed my stay the room was Nice and spacious, but what I didn’t like was I was charged Holding fee without being notified, it wasn’t until afterwards when i called ; our sheets had stains on them that look like it could be mold that was trying to be washed out, but when I asked for a new set of sheets, I was brought new sheets immediately"

"Staff welcoming & helpful. Valet parking was well worth it as streetside parking was difficult near the hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom & shower spotless! Bonus was our corner room with a view of the Christmas festival & tree lighting going on. Enjoyed the art museum aspect as well. Just a 5 minute walk from DPAC & many restaurant choices. Would highly recommend! "

"Very comfortable- had breakfast via Starbucks on the premises … It was all very nice and easy access to the venue (2.5 miles). We had dinner across the street at a great Mexican restaurant which was also delicious and reasonably priced."
