"Stayed here for easy close access to NIU convocation center for a cheer competition. Our room was ready when we arrived, parking was easy, plenty of food choices near by. Everything was clean. We didn’t make time for breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Bed was comfortable enough and everything in the room worked well. Seems the hotel is newer or recently had been renovated, everything looked and smelled new "

"The staff truly cares. The complimentary breakfast is the best breakfast I ever had at a hotel. I met the cook. I said that I loved the food, but I had to leave early the next day and I would have to miss breakfast. She said that she would come in early and ensure that the food would be ready in time for me to make my flight. You don't see that level of service anymore."
