"The overall experience is good. Reception is very helpful. The room is clean with a comfortable bed. The only annoying point is the shower room. The shower door has no water resistance so the shower room floor is all wet after showers."

"We ended up in nh collection as an alternative. The original hotel we booked was horrible and had major issues, causing us to leave and book nh collection late. The overall experience would have been good if the day of check in, there was a more experienced colleague available to assist and save us wasting hours for our room to be sorted. "

"Everything was great. The room, the location, and the easy access to renting the bikes. Only downfall was receiving only 1 roll of toilet paper for 1 week for 4 people. As well as the walk from the hotel to the train station was about 20 minutes of a walk and in the night there’s no lights besides your phone lights. "

"Loved the property — clean and quiet in that area. Bus to central station was nearby. Design of toilet floor could be better though. It was flooding as the water wasn’t directed to the drain and it flowed out of the toilet into the common area but nothing a towel can’t stop. Property was really pretty! Would stay again "

"Everything was very easy and the staff were above and beyond. Only issue I had was with Expedia who took payment before travel and I then had to pay on arrival"

"We had a great time at the apartment for a group of friends, contact from the company was great beforehand. Sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and also quite steep steps downstairs if you have mobility issues. However we enjoyed our stay and would recommend "

"Good location for transport and walkable to shopping, trips and sights. Only thing dropping the rating was we were at the front of the building and it was noisy overnight. We were woken every night 2-3 times by noise from the streets. Otherwise great location and helpful staff. "

"Stay here often for work. Really nice rooms, with small kitchenette's which is nice when staying for longer periods. Rooms are always spotless, and well thought out. Everything feels bespoke and individual from artwork to furniture. Really nice communal space to work from and get coffee. Staff are not always on site as everything is done with codes, but they are always contactable and help in anyway they can. Work in Leiden so stay in area often, and this is always my first search, cant...

"Really great hotel, in a great spot. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. Only thing that could improve for us was the size of the bath towels, for a 4 star hotel I’d have expected a bit better quality there, but this really was the only thing I didn’t like. "

Good communication and good customer service practices.… I will definitely recommend the Citiez Hotel if you ever want to travel to Amsterdam… and ask of Atila he's the best guy for the job… tank you my stay was awesome "
