"Oldest and one of the most beautiful hotels in Loreto. Right on the square so you may hear bells, music, street noise. Great breakfast choices. We loved the rooftop patio…just far enough above the square with lovely views. "

"One night stop on a road trip through Baja. Love the location! Right in the heart of downtown. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance, and very close to the beach. The room was wonderful! Clean and comfortable. Located directly across from the mission, so you definitely hear the church bells! It didn’t bother us…we had earplugs, and slept just fine."

"Property is quaint, it is a ranch type setting with a large pool and swim up bar. The drinks were excellent. The place looks like it has been in family for a very long time and could certainly use room remodel. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. The grounds are inviting for a morning walk as it is located right by a bay inlet with a walking path. Mulegé is a rural town and you don’t do fancy there. I would stay again. "

"Great spot to stop while traveling through Baja. At first glabce I wasn't sure I was at the right place. But once I entered I was greeted by friendly staff and clean property. Good food at the restaurant and the bar was good with a waiter/bartender who worked his butt off while always keeping a smile on his face. It got quite busy. "Benny is an excellent host. The cabana was clean and had everything I needed as a solo motorcycle traveler. Parking my bike within a locked gate was a plus. Location is central to a walkable shopping area with many shops and places to dine. Rustic and charming. I visited for two nights in November 2024. "
