"Our stay was wonderful. We were lucky that it was warm enough to get into the lake. But even when it got a bit chilly, we enjoyed ourselves in the spa area. And let me tell you this, I've never been in such a charming sauna before. It is partially underwater. When it was windy on the lake, you could see the waves hitting the windows of the sauna in a hypnotic rhythm. The service is really good and friendly. "We really enjoyed our stay. The comfort room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (with bunk beds). The breakfast and food (in general) at the main restaurant is very good. Also, there is a kids room near the restaurant where kids can play. The Waterpark is just across the street from the hotel, so this is also very convenient. "

"Beautiful room, great bathroom, stunning views. Haven’t commented on the staff because I didn’t see anyone, it was easy self check in and parking without any issue. It’s a multi purpose building and the hotel is 2 floors up, it’s done very well and it felt very secure. Just be aware that there is no lift so carrying heavy bags up is a bit of an ordeal. My only little moan is the first photo on Expedia of this hotel is of a beautiful building on a mound, titled “view of the city from hotel”....

"Lovely friendly, well decorated hotel, literally 5 min walk to the old town and 10 mins to the main station, very friendly staff. My only criticism would be there are no phones in the rooms and no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, other than that, excellent... I would happily stay again!"

"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. When we got into our room it was comfortable but finding long hairs hanging over the kitchen bench from the mezzanine floor above, 3 open sachets of coffee and sugar open in the bowl of sachets provided...
