"Middle of the city, walking distance to shopping mile, not far from Sambil, wonderful jacuzzi bathtube in rooms"

"First of all, the water was ration, meaning you get water only twice a day early in the morning 7 -730 am and 4-4-30 pm. After 4-5 days staying at that hotel, i find out that that situation being going on for a long time so i decided to move to another hotel which later i will have to call Expedia about a refund for the hotel charged and other inconvenience i have staying at that hotel."
