"We had a noise issue from the heating unit. They moved us right away. Good breakfast, clean room. Only issue was the towels are rough. Turn your dryer heat down a bit or clean the lint filters more frequently. "

"We arrived during a horrible snowstorm. It was 3 hours before check in and we has planned on just hanging out until our room was ready. But the front desk worker found us a room right away and we were able to hunker down in our clean and comfy room and ride the storm out. All staff were super friendly and the pool/hot tub was awesome. "

"Great staff and perfect location, the family needed a one day getaway for valentines day and they accommodated us. Definitely going to be staying here again whenever a staycation is needed, also a great place for those that visit from out of town close to shopping roughly 5 to 10 minutes from rib mountain where the shopping district is but yet away from the noise and relaxing for the entire family."

"Accommodations were well kept. My only dislike took place on the last evening when kids were running unsupervised all over the building. My extended family from 4 states were there for a funeral and trying to spend precious time together."

"I was traveling with my Labrador to take her to be bred which meant a 2 - 3 day stay. So I needed a pet-friendly hotel. I booked a King efficiency in order to have a small kitchenette and to have a bit more floor space. My room was on the first floor and near an outside door next to the green space for pets which made it easy to walk my dog outdoors as needed during the day and at night. The staff appreciated a well-behaved dog and gave her special attention whenever when we were in the main...
