"I stayed here prior to a Mt. Kilimanjaro climb and it seemed to be the nicest hotel in downtown area. It was very clean, the views of Mt. Kili were SPECTACULAR, the staff was so very kind and helpful. The best part is the rooftop restaurant. The surrounding downtown area doesn’t have many good food options so this was a life saver. Not only were the views of Mt. Kili beautiful but the menu is very extensive with delicious food! I normally avoid hotel restaurants when traveling but this one is an exception - why go elsewhere when you have the best where you are? "

"The staff, the Interior Decor, absolutely worth the VIP Rating. Staying with then the Second Time since they opened and one other thing they have an absolutely amazing Roof Top Restaurant that has the best view of Mount Meru. On Holidays/New Year they have one of the most iconic Fireworks during New Year. They have really raised the Bar. 10/10"

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food was good as we are there for breakfast (amazing buffet), lunch and dinner. The fitness centre was clean and had good equipment. Hotel is a little older with lots of charm and big rooms, an update to bathrooms would be the one suggestion to consider for improving as showers were small and water pressure low. Would highly recommend staying here "
