"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. "The location is great. Easy access to the airport by metro, just 4 stops, the station is in 3 minutes’ walk. The apartment was wonderful. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Marta at the reception. She was super helpful and nice. There is a great bar/restaurant on the trip floor of the building with great wine selection and creative fusion cuisine, including Thai, Spanish, and vegetarian dishes. "

"The hotel is in a great location between Puerto Banus and San Pedro right at the beach. We were staying jn a suite which although clean with great space was a bit tired in places abd definitely needed a rewire, sockets not working or coming out wall. The bed was really hard and very uncomfortable fir me personally. The staff were very attentive and the food was ok. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Ona Valle Romano. There are a number of self catering apartments with reception and 2 restaurants. We were very happy with our apartment which had a good balcony overlooking the golf course. We did not have any meals but breakfast and evening meals are provided. The WiFi worked well, although there was only one channel on the TV in English. Good hot water. There is free parking outside the accommodation, only problem is later in the evening it is difficult to find a spot."

"The apartment was quite dark as it looked out onto walls. There was only one small sofa , which was also a sofa bed so it wasn’t very comfortable to sit on. There was no other comfortable seating in the living area only four wooden dining chairs. For a two bedroom apartment there needs to be another sofa and some armchairs. Otherwise it’s a nice apartment to stay in and a great location."

"Lovely clean spacious apartment. Kitchen has everything you need. Bedding/towels changed every 3 days. Staff friendly and helpful (2 issues which were both fixed within a couple of hours). Pool area clean and plenty of sun beds. Apartments near train station and Mercadona. 5/10 mins walk to beach and restaurants/pubs/shops etc. "

"It was a nice space, the only thing was it smelled like dogs. I understand the property allows pets so.. it was in a good area, walkable to everything. Having to check in at another site is a little bit of a hassle but it wasn’t too far. "

Great stay

"Fantastic location to get out and about on the train. About a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Massive bed, big bath towels - bit disappointing to see that tea, coffee and milk wasnt replenished daily. Good breakfast, but the hot food was a little on the cold side. Would stay again though."
