"3 of us stayed for two nights. The first night we arrived gone midnight and had instructions to access our room key from a key safe. The room was clean, bathroom a little smelly presumably from drains. Only 3 bath towels, no hand towels too. We had to go to reception to ask for a hairdryer, useful to know that's what you need to do. Sofabed was a little hard, but generally expected from a sofabed. Main bed mattress was comfy. "Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use.
