"My son, i, and my mum came to stay for two nights, my son and i staying for one night, due to an operation at St Mary's in London. On arrival we had a lovely welcoming from the manager, who was lovely , helpful and attentive. Then carried all our bags up for us. The rooms were clean, tudy and fresh. On leaving the next morning the manager helped calm my sons nerves. He then took a great deal of care helping my Mum, logged her on the hotels wifi, as she struggled, and gave her advice abiut where to eat etc. We would definitely stay here again, as rooms reasonable, and service fantastic. "Having arrived early and hoping to store our luggage for the day we were in fact able to book into our room. A big bonus, check in was quickly done. Room was clean and a reasonable size, bathroom all clean. Very little waiting time for lifts. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel Atrium bar was comfortable with great staff and we had a lovely meal too. Breakfast was another bonus all well cooked and efficiently run. All in all a very good stay and two happy customers. "

"Beautiful location, Tower Bridge as the backdrop, parking which is great. Staff have been friendly and helpful. Tanya who served me in the restaurant was great and the food and very nice. Room is clean, tidy and comfortable. Bathroom a little dated. Other than that it’s been perfect!"

"(Review following one night stay on 10/02/25) Staff were very friendly and helpful. They get 6 stars (if that were possible!). Nicely placed, not too far from Queensway underground train station, with the park just a little way down the road. Price could not be beaten and considering what you normally pay in London, very good value. However, would highlight that the property is currently undergoing building works / renovations, so there was building work noise from 8.00am - if I were a late sleeper, might have been miffed."
