"We had a lovely stay here for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, it was great to be able to leave our bags there for the afternoon before we checked in and midday checkout time was great. Breakfast had loads of great options and seemed good value. The room was very clean and spacious, very comfy bed. The pool, sauna and steam room were also an added bonus. It's in a great location close to the main square but just far enough away from noise at night. Would definitely come back here!"

"One of the best hotels in Kraków. Stayed with my family and baby. As a gay family we were treated splendidly. I booked rooms for friends and my inlaws. Rooms were superb. Had a little bit of an issue with noise the one day and was annoyed with a rude receptionist but the fantastic Manageress Jana/ Yana stepped in apologised got an update on works done, offered a room change with upgrades. But as she managed to resolove problem we remained in our rooms. Breakfast staff were lovely to...."

"Amber Design Residence is a wonderful boutique hotel, we were able to enjoy their hospitality for 2 nights in Old Town. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. It is in a great location on the outskirts of Stare Miasto, just a few minutes' walk to the main plaza and a nearby shopping mall, with all of the associated restaurants and shops. Checking in and out was quick and painless. We ended up having to park off-site in the mall parking lot, but it was just a few (10) minute walk. Instead of going in and out of the parking garage, we simply parked the car and then used public transport for our entire stay."

"The property was extremely clean, friendly and helpful staff. Spa was amazing (pool only open from 1600 though). Food and drink were of a good quality and reasonably priced. The room was spotless, great decor and the en suit was one of the best at a hotel I have stayed at. All round, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to stay in Krakow."
