"We had a couple of issues and had to change rooms since we needed a pull out couch, which I thought was what I requested. Anyway, Brandon was amazing and switched our rooms. The power went out 2 times in our room and Brandon had come up and flip the breaker 2 different times! Again Brandon was amazing!! "
