Allowed us to store luggage before and after check in/out! Best bed I’ve ever slept in Europe!!!!! Nice balcony. No refrigerator but that was ok. We would stay again! Very clean!!!!!"

"Our flight was delayed leaving the UK, so everything was delayed. We knew the hotel reception was due to close at 23:00 and we thought we might be right up against it, so rang Hotel Los Arcos as soon as we had collected our bags to let them know the situation and again once we were on the road. They were great! A lovely lady named Rosa was very helpful, her English was very good so we could confirm an approximate time of our arrival. They were waiting for us and even made time so that we could...

"We enjoyed our stay. The hostal was quiet, but that may be the time of year, which suited us. Its very convenient for access to the town centre and beaches. Staff friendly and helpful when we locked our keys in the room. We did not have a kettle or somewhere to keep nibbles which would have been nice. "

"Good hostal - clean and central, friendly helpful staff. Just a few minor things- no bin in the room (only a tiny one in the bathroom), nothing to hang towels on in the bathroom, a few hooks on the back of the door would help! No full length mirror which is annoying when you’re on holiday and want to see your outfits! "
