"I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something. Stay the course and read everything carefully. Great hotel to stay in Niigata

"Amazing hotel in Niigata! Great service from the staff. They have a person who will greet you when you enter. Another person waiting at the elevator. Reception staff are very kind and friendly. Hotel accommodation is great. View of Niigata city is very nice. Across from the hotel is the Bandai pier where you can find the seafood market and the street food. Close to Niigata station. "
