"My family of 4 stayed at this property and were impressed by the rooms and the location. It was a little difficult to find but this was one of the reasons we liked it. We were greeted by james, the owner who was very friendly and helpful. At short notice he made us a lovely 3 course meal that was very tasty and good value for money. "Convenient B&B near Kilimanjaro Airport. Nothing fancy but clean with comfortable beds and great service from manager Aileen and team. 2 rooms per apartment each with own bath. Good stop over location for late night departures or arrivals. would definitely use again."

Perfect post-Kilimanjaro retreat

"Absolutely love this property and it was EXACTLY what i needed after a week long trek up Kilimanjaro. Very relaxing atmosphere with a health-vibe. Masseuse on premises made it very convenient. The food menu at restaurant was also very good. Location is very close to Moshi town (about 15min drive - though if you stay here, you really dont need to go into town - Moshi is very disappointing). Only con was the very spotty wifi. "

"I really enjoyed spending time at this hotel. The staff are very welcoming and wonderful people to be around. The staff made sure that I had a shuttle to go around town and a safe way to get there, had a secure place to store the remaining luggage, and they made delicious food for breakfast and at the restaurant. I would highly recommend to stay at the Stella Maris Lodge."
