"The rooms were nice and clean as was the hotel in general. I think overall the hotel itself too many rooms for the facilities provided, you have to queue for breakfast and wait for available tables, there are not enough sun beds etc. Everything in the hotel was quite expensive comparable to outside the hotel would recommend eating elsewhere. "We stayed at this lovely resort for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The resort features beautiful swimming pools and a pristine sandy beach. With three restaurants on-site, breakfast was pleasant, and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The only downside for us was the lack of activities or amenities outside the resort—restaurants and shopping require a taxi. Despite this, we’re already thinking about coming back! "

"The hotel was beautiful and in a wonderful location. It was very quiet. We stayed in one of the rooms by the beach and the view was spectacular, especially of the sunsets each day. "Wonderful staff. Nice facility and quiet away from the main city which I like. You can rent moped at the hotel for the day and ride around the island. Hotel can also arrange a ride for you to wherever you want to go. Round trip to night market is 650,000vnd for 6 of us which is not bad. When I checked in the front desk lady showed me a paper and was writing checking in time checking out and the price. "stunning location, absolutely worth the stay. treated myself to a bungalow over the water. food a little expensive but can easily borrow bike or get a taxi and explore close by. Or walk during the day. 100% recommend. "

"This is such a lovely resort. The location/beach is beautiful, the rooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. Staff is very kind and helpful. Our room was a little musty smelling when we checked in and staff immediately tried to remedy the problem by deep-cleaning the bathroom and giving us a little scented diffuser machine (it didn't completely solve the issue, but I appreciated the quick action/effort). The breakfast buffet and restaurant are also very good. "

"The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. We asked security guard questions. The firework show was nice from our rooms. The 2nd room took longer to get ready but we had our first room. The people were very nice. "

"This is our second time here with our family of three. We’ve been expats for 13 years and is the only vacation stay we have repeated. We have plans to come back next year. "The staffs were so friendly and very helpful. The Hotel is absolutely beautiful and the pool is well kept and cleaned ...Although each balcony could use some small table and chairs for guests to sit and enjoy the view ...The Terrace is very magnificent with a stunning view and again could use some lounge chairs or some sort of chairs/tables for guests to relax , ..Overall, i highly recommend this hotel to anyone . . Appreciate the buffet its quite alright 😁 I would stay here again and thank you to all the staffs and Manager for a great stay... Sign, Savorng Svay"

"The hotel clearly needs improvement- the bathroom is not a bathroom. The shower is old and impossible to manage, the door doesnt close and the TV doesnt work. When you are on vacation what you want is something that eases your experience. We left the hotel the next day and didnt ask for a refund. We booked 4 nights. Other than that the owners and the staff were very kind. "
