"Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. Fantastic Hotel

"We were impressed straight away with how picturesque the hotel and area was, plus everywhere seemed so peaceful. This was then further enhanced thanks to the fabulous staff. The staff made us feel very welcome and they were really enthusiastic about making our experience a positive one. Ted, in the Moet and Chandon Bar, along with his Manageress, were stand out staff for us. Ted loved to make us cocktails and we certainly enjoyed drinking them! The room was comfortable and very clean, the spa facilities were ideal and the restaurant food was excellent. Definitely a hotel that we would like to return to. "
