"Right next to the lake, so picturesque even when the lake was completely frozen. The staff were super nice and attentive, good with speaking English too. Onsen was amazing. Definitely recommend. "

"静かなホテルです。接客も必要以上になく　又　物足りない訳でもなく自宅に帰った様な雰囲気です。バスルームとトイレが一緒ですが　ゆとりが有りお風呂もシャワーもゆっくり入れます。リファのシャワーヘッド、ドライヤーは、タイソンが魅力的です。部屋でゆっくり出来るホテルです。"

"Very helpful staff, room basic but as expected for price. Onsen above average with nice outdoor pool. The most impressive thing was that with only a couple of hours notice they produced a vegetarian version of the evening meal for one of us - food was fabulous. Very pleased we stayed."

"Friendly and accommodating staff. The public bath was very nice...inside/outside arrangement. Note: only a few rooms had western style beds. Most of the rooms were tatami mats and bedding for the floor, a unique and enjoyable experience."

"אונסן מצויין. הרבה בריכות כולל חיצונית. בעיקר תיירות פנים. חדרים די סטנדרטיים ולא ממש חדשים, אבל נוחים צוות, כמו בכל יפן, מנומס ואדיב ומשתדל לענות על כל מה שצריך עם מכשולי השפה הרגילים. "
