"The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit of over 1100 sq ft is an amazing value. The unit was very contemporary and very well maintained. It was like a small house with even a separate laundry room of good size. "Loved this property! Staff was nice. I came in early and accidentally accessed the hotel by the back, thinking it was the lobby. There were two security guards and we left our backpacks, our valuable belongings and money there for more than 7 hours. They took care of our property and nothing got lost. "My first time here and I can’t believe how good and what an amazing location. It is literally in the heart of Nanjing. Just a block or 2 from the Ritz and most glamorous shopping mall. "Amazingly to my surprise to find the 5-star hotel. It is centrally located in the centre of city, very close to subway metro station, shopping malls & restaraunts. The reception staff Mr Cheng & house-keeper Ms Lu on Level 5 were very attentive, professional & friendly to help me to check in & settle down. I stayed in a room with the city view but quiet at night. The room was very clean , bed & pillows were super comfortable. There are a fitness centre & a swimming pool in the hotel which seem to be under renovation. "

"It was a great stay. Location is excellent , just next to the MRT and ride hailing app DiDi is just 1 click away. Service was all good. I arrived very early, left my luggage, walked around a bit, and got an early check-in at around 12. Big room with comfortable bed and all necessities you usually expect at a high end hotel. Massage at Chi spa is legendary and it's worth the price. The onsite restaurant Jiangnan Wok was voted 2nd best in the city but I think it's worth the number 1 position after trying both. The food was amazing, give it a try when you stay at the hotel. Now the improvement needed: the facilities already feel aging. Nothing broken but you can see the tired and old here and there, the in room carpet feels torn, discoloring in the bathroom, etc. Hope a renovation is already planned for the hotel. I slept in late 1 day and the construction next door was very loud, disrupting my lazy morning. Had I known about the work I could have planned something better. Last but not least, what a pity I didn't get to try the pool as the maintenance started during my stay. It was not communicated when I booked but info provided in the room when I arrived."
