"This was a really great place, with a very comfortable room which had a small working kitchen. It is next to a swimming area, and has a washing machine that guests can use (may have to wait for others). My room was overlooking the rubbish area so I got woken up each 6amish by the rubbish truck, but I really didn't mind given the quality of the room. The receptionist only spoke Korean, but was very helpful anyway. There is a 24 hour convenience store, along with a couple of nearby food options."

"Love Lotte in Jeju. Very convenient for the airport and bus station to visit the town."

"The receptionist was very friendly, spoke English and very helpful. The bed was firm, but missing a bottom fitted sheet over the mattress cover. The room is not large but adequate for a couple with two rolling bags. It was nice to have a washing machine to do laundry. As others mentioned, the bath towels are on the small side but it was fine for us. Central location in older part of Jeju city and walking distance to Olle market and black pork restaurants. "

"The property was as per expectations. The rooms were clean and neat. The property managers were alert and always helpful. Only drawback was that the main restaurant was not functional, but an outdoor facility serving chicken was available. Many restaurants in the area, so that was not a hassle. "

"Not email instructions on check in and the check in counter is not available. Thanks to the Korean guest help if not we would have to sleep on street. There is no water in the pool."
