"Apartment was in great condition, had perfect stay meanwhile on dental holiday. The service in main bar was disappointing every night even we only had drinks. And at checkout they wanted to charge me again for the apartment. They blamed it on expedia, although I refused to pay. Needed to leave for dentist for appointment, but even since no one got back to me. Need in better service and clearer managing of booking. Apartment although recommended. "

Amazing hotel!

"We really enjoyed our stay . The staff were very friendly, welcoming and kind. We were impressed with the standard of cleanliness. The rooms were quiet , great a/c and a much appreciated fridge . The location was the best being in the centre of town. We’re from Australia and have been travelling on bicycles for 4 years and consider this one of the best hotels we’ve stayed due to great staff, location and cost. Highly recommend! "

Just amazing

"Just amazing, really. Best hotel we had during our travels in Hungary. Big and comfortable rooms (and beds!), very clean, 100% soundproof. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff, even after our stay, as I needed a copy of my invoice. I can only recommend this hotel and would always go back there when in the area."

"The hotel is located at a very magical and beautiful place. If you like nature, quiet and tranquil, this is the place to go! The staff could not possibly be more helpful and attentive. Exceeded all expectation. Been in many hotels, but this one rates far the highest in hospitality. Very child and family friendly. Thank you for making our stay special. "
