"The weather outside was in mid 40's with wind. The foyer and hallways were cold. The room was cold, however, warmed up quickly. The water temp in shower did not get hot. The person at the front desk was very, very rude. I had to ask several times for clarity and the rudeness increased."

The property charged $125 supposedly for incidentals but 3 weeks later had not refunded the deposit. I have made three calls and was told they could not see a charge, I filed a claim through my bank."
