"We really enjoyed this hotel, but our room stunk! We travelled with a group and had 6 rooms/suites in total, and 5 were perfect. Ours reeked of BO though, it took more than an hour of airing it out to make it tolerable to be in the room. Aside from the stench everything else & all the staff were lovely!"

"Check-in process took too long and was overly complicated by staff who may not have been trained or was new to position. Conversely, check-out was a breeze and almost instant. The room/bathroom were clean. Stain spots were visible in some places on the bedding. We asked room service for a utensil during the evening hours and they responded quickly. The hotel is conveniently located 7 min. walking distance to the Village. No issues finding parking, which is first come, first serve. Hotel allows...

"Extremely functional for a quick trip of 2 days of skiing. Good walking proximity from room to lift. Amazing location for apres-ski and evening out!"
