"Excellent property, service and hospitality. From check in to stay to check out was all wonderful rather perfect. The staff go an extra mile to make guests comfortable for all aspects at the hotel. Butler service definitely a delight and makes it very easy to manage the stay. It was a family trip for our parents 50th anniversary and they made it very special for our senior citizen parents. Jonathan and Kanika ensured we got a great adjoining room. Rene and Chandini were very hospitable at the restaurant. Vicente ensured that the carts and cabs were well organized for us. Special call out and appreciation for Charan, our private butler who ensured that our stay was amazing at every step, he really looked after us and more so our aged parents. Overall, I can not wait to come back at St. Regis Goa. "

"We were a family of 4 with 2 boys aged 9 and 11. The restaurant staff went out of their way to cater to the foods the boys liked(both have very different tastes). We lost some swimming trunks at the pool. The pool manager found them and they were returned to us the next day. The room had a wonderful view to the ocean and a balcony where we could relax while watching the waves. Ultimately it was the staff that made this place so lovely. "
