"We loved our 2 night stay at The Waters Hotel. It is in a lovely historic building with many modern upgrades in the rooms. The room was big and very comfortable! My husband and I were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and splurged a little to stay here. We enjoyed being near to so many good restaurants and within walking distance was a bonus. "Overall, it was good, clean, the food was ok, the gravy for biscuits and gravy was ok the first day watery on the 2nd, overheard the day before the gravy was poor. the hard-boiled eggs tasted vinegary. Many coats of paint showed the age, hard use and hasty repairs. The divan in the room was nasty stained. Some stains on the bed sheets."

"Property is really at very good location, 1mil away from walamart and Sam’s club gas station, 12kin away from bathhouse. Staff was very humble and polite. Check in was smooth. Room is very clean and spacious. Hallway was also clean otherwise generally I encounter noise or smell but here the property is very quite and clean. Really worth it."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Everything in the room was brand new, stylish, and spotlessly clean. Fun, old school motel vibe. Still a bit of a work in progress on exterior amenities, but enjoyed it nonetheless. 3-5 minute drive to the Bathhouse Row area, so a great location. Really enjoyed it and would stay again."
