"The facilities (restaurants, SpA wellness) are really nice. However the heating in my room did not work with 10 degrees outside, and they didn't fix it, the gym was only usable between 10 and 22, however during check-in I was told that I would be able to access it 24/7, "

"Very nice place in a quiet scenic area. Facilities are great plus dining is very personable. Deducted a star due to a front desk member who was rude to me during check in(plus couldn’t locate our reservation the supervisor stepped in and took care of us). Also,our door lock needed repair (the maintenance guy there was top notch and saved the day by fixing our door). Aside from our check in woes this is a very nice place to stay and will probably stay here again."

"No one at reception when we arrived at 8pm but # to call, he came within a few minutes and was very nice. Room was spacious and clean but felt like the 70s, no mini fridge and we weren’t given wifi password. Dinner ends at 9pm with only a buffet on offer, had seen better days by 8:20 we skipped it. Breakfast was adequate, extra charge for parking even though hotel is in the middle of no where, nothing close by. "Hotels.com did not provide a reservation number that worked on their system. There was no person working check in so had to ring someone in an office elsewhere to try and check us in. Absolute painfully long and inefficient check in."

"We stayed in the guesthouse, which is separate from the bar / restaurant so it was very quiet. Love the regular old fashioned room key! Delicious dinner but no one spoke any English so we guessed at menu items. "
