"Stay was amazing. The only issue was with the cleanliness of the swimming pool which was dirty and slippery, also it was smelly. This might be due to the huge crowd But the Hotel should be equipped to manage it."

"The lady at the reception is so rude and spoke like she is doing guests a favor (by doing her job) We checked in and expected to get the room type that we’ve booked and paid for, but she said its not available. Our booking is for a guaranteed non smoking room with 1 bed.. she asked us to call the site where we made the reservation to verify our booking, I’m not sure what she wanted the site to do when my reservation clearly states “Superior room with 1 bed, non-smoking” - after asking to speak...
