"Primera Hacienda Hotel Boutique exceeded our expectations. The property, built in 1870, is very beautiful. The common spaces are nicely arranged and decorated. The rooms that we viewed were all clean and tastefully decorated and our room was very comfortable. The dining area is quite cozy and inviting. The included breakfasts were very good and filling. "This is probably one of the two best places to stay in town. They have a secure parking lot and are one block from the town square. I liked the room very much. I found the morning breakfast was not very exciting."

"Expedia shall regulate more these offerings . Limited heating and and healthy using kerosene inside the rooms . Total lack of service if you arrive after 8 pm. No towels and no WIFI in an area with very low internet celular service "

"I had a fantastic stay at the hostal. Marcelo is an incredible host. I’m someone with almost zero travel experience and I’m terrible at planning. Marcelo knows a lot about the area and if you have any questions ask him. Also the hostal is a 4 minute walk from the bus terminal."

"Very comfortable and modern house located close to the center of town. The walk up is quite steep however. There is everything you need to enjoy your stay and if something is missing you just ask Rafael and he will take care of it. There is even a small stove fire to keep you earm while you gaze at the stars. The breakfast is great"
