"Dirty beds, bedsheets and bathroom. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Bathroom was leaking and dirty with spiders and spiderwebs. Room is like a jail, no windows. It was a horrible experience. I advise travellers to stay at Hatton and travel to Nallandeniya on time to clime Adam's peak."

"My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Weir House. Our only regret was that we could only stay one. From the patio of the house, we could hear the rapids of the river and surrounded by verdant forest. Staying here truly was a highlight of our Sri Lanka trip. "This is an amazing property hidden from the main city and nature all around. I am so happy i found it on Expedia . Staff was very courteous and took us around for village tour and available whenever you need them. Spa was also amazing and i would love to go back and stay for a week if i get a chance. 5 stars all the way."

"The Grand Argyle Resort & Villas was a beautiful location. Our room was very clean and spacious. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. There was a pool table located upstairs and an outdoor pool, however, it was not clean enough to enter. We did enjoy walking around the property and site seeing. The area offers spectacular views! I would recommend this hotel to others! "

"Very nice room and overall hotel was extremely clean. Friendly staff and great level of service. My only negative (from a foreigner) would be the food - it was very average/below average, but affordable. They did upgrade our room free of charge when our hot water didn’t work and they were very kind and accommodating when I asked for late check out (we left very late and they didn’t charge any extra for it) they also helped arrange taxi rides at the front desk. Overall, very good stay 👍"

"I had booked a room for a weekend for a family member to enjoy their birthday and he was blown away by the experience/guest experience. The space is beautiful and looks like paradise, the food is excellent, very clean space including the bathrooms and the highlight of it all was the friendly staff. They were extremely helpful and kind providing many things to do while visiting. Would definitely recommend for anyone passing by for a stay! "
