"We had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. The room did get very warm (even with the radiators offf in December) but the windows opened, so we could cool it easily. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a range of fresh and healthy food. We enjoyed cosy hour between 5 - 6pm, where the hotel provides a complimentary wine/beer/non alcoholic drink in the bar/lounge area. We would happily stay here again. "

"Definitely a fun hostel vibe. Hard to find the check in (as the quick check in was not working for us), but we were helped by staff once we were noticed. The hostel had/has LOTS of events and things to do in the massive building. It was lively (too much at times with rowdy drunk "kids" - under 25), and busy even in the winter. Had many amenities and I was sad we could attend some of the events being held, but overall it was in a good location re: the train station. The room was vey tight,...

"Good, was excited...expecting great. Okay as far as the room goes. Comfortable bed extra clean...just plain Jane in terms of decor and shower stall could have been better cleaned saw hair on the walls that a good spray down could have gotten off. Eeew who wants to see someone else's hair while showering in a 4 star hotel? About 5 minutes from train station. Service was excellent and carried my luggage to my room, front desk said it was her favorite room so now I think all NH hotels are...
