"This hotel said they do not have an account at hotels.com and did not receive any payments from them. I called hotels.com and they said I would have a refund in 72 hours. I still have not received this. Do not try to book here. Hotels.com must remove this listing. If I do not get a refund before I get home, I plan to file a complaint with the BBB. "

"Globally, we are satisfied - very good price and the comfort. The only point may be the internet is not working all the time but that’s normal in Dakhla, nothing to do with this place. As we were with family and some of us, were old, it was not easy to take all the stairs until the 4th floor. The host was very helpful and available anytime ! That’s very important because no everything can be found on internet ! THANK YOU "

"The property is nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. Internet connection is poor. It is not where it shows on google map rather its about four blocks away from that location, the property itself does not have any signboard or reception. A shopkeeper from it's showed location guided us to its actual location, but none of them could speak English. Overall, good accommodation within this price range but tricky to fond out! "
