"Location super, link to alternative road, no jam to get back to hotel. Condition n cleanliness not so good, especially when compared to high price paid."

"Staff were friendly and approachable. Check-in was a breeze. Property was clean and felt safe. Some things in the apartment looked a little jaded but not significantly so. Everything worked fine. And for a short stop, wonderful that there is a Hard Rock Cafe right in the basement. My wife and I enjoyed a couple of drinks listening to the live band. But the music did not penetrate and affect the rest of the building. So overall, pretty pleased with our stay."

"Location was near the Singapore border. It is right by a mall. Everything I needed (grocery store, restaurants) was around me. Convenient location. Property is big, clean. What would have been made the place nicer..... nicer shower gel and better internet. The internet was intermittent, non existent in some rooms. The staff were quick to respond to questions and helpful. Overall good property and would stay again if in the area. "

"Stay was simple as it was only a single-night stay. It was an apartment-like hotel but we got fairly disappointed that lots of amenities were not found within the unit. Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash! "Checking was 20 minute event of stopping at security, writing down details, walking to letter boxes, walking back and fining parking. Property smelled. Never aat in such a hard couch and didn't think you could buy TVs so small anymore. What few pieces of furniture there were are falling apart. Clock in wall not working, no toilet paper etc. Noisy environment from traffic and patio lock doesn't work. No idea how these ratings were achieved but extremely miserable place. "

"Parking is absolutely terrible and we needed to go an entire round to get back to the car park. But the room is fine and has essentials."

"The place is near the city area and the surrounding is very good. The only complaint is the link bridge to JB CIQ/Shopping Complex is truncated which make it quite difficult moving to city square, one of the shopping centers."

"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"Quiet place and have to drive a bit to reach. Clean but phone isn't working so whenever need anything, need to go lobby to get things done."

"The wait for lift to check out need to be improved as all are full for more than 20 minutes. Labels for shampoo and body wash should be well defined"

"Fairly new hotel and my second time staying. Love the location which is fully sheltered from the custom to the hotel via the link bridge and from Komtar shopping mall. Lots of good food dining options from both Komtar and sheltered link way to city square. Walkable distance to famous food like Jin Long curry fish, Hiap Joo Banana Cake, Ya Wang and Tapu Egg tarts and many more. Definitely my to go place if I wanna stay near the customs. :)"
