"The staff at reception was very kind n helpful. The accommodation was clean modern but slightly cramped. Bus L4 can take you in the centre for 1€. The parking can be really full since buffalo grill customers use the same one. We parked at the back. Pleasant stay. "

"Our villa reservation got upgraded, so we got a bigger place which also looked newly renovated. It was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was nice too, but we found a better breakfast at another hotel for 1Euro less. The staff was very friendly. All in all, it was a great place to stay."

"The in room cleaning services should be done everyday. The services for excersion could be better advertised. The food resturatant could be more authentic. This is a great location. "

"Everything is in good walking distance and the pool was nice. Also the reception staff were really friendly and so helpful. Only complaints were the shower was half broken (probably should have mentioned it to the staff but I couldn’t be bothered) and the bed has probably been slept in by 10,000 people and needs a new mattress. "

"Beautiful rural and well manicured setting with lovely apartments, well stocked kitchen, wonderful pools and helpful staff. Kitchen needed sponges and dishwashing detergent. Very nice spot"

"A lovely spot , the apartments themselves are placed in a perfect position for a short stroll to the beach ( hilly) . The room was expected for 3 star , great size , functional but basic , one of the showers didn’t work - wasn’t a problem as there was only 2 of us but not ideal if you had a family . We had no knives in the kitchen and the safe didn’t work - this was all easily rectified by reception but they should really have a basic itinerary for the rooms before you check in . "Pleasant stay at a small condo hotel in a great area near beautiful beaches. The property itself was a little tired but the staff were very accommodating and we enjoyed our time…especially given the very low rate and the fact that we booked it the day before our four day stay (very short notice)."

"Amazing views, beach within walking distance, very helpful staff. The residence was in a good position for exploring interesting sights in the surrounding area. Our apartment was in a very quiet part, the whole residence was calm and relaxed. We would definitely go again."

"Enjoyed our overnight stay at the hotel. Our room was very spacious and although it was next to the railway line this didn’t bother us at all. Food was lovely and well priced and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was the glass bricks between the bedroom and the bathroom which meant I was woken by the light when my OH used the bathroom during the night and vice-versa. An issue which I’m sure could be easily solved and it wouldn’t put me off from staying there again. "

Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Terrasses d'Arsella

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location to assess beautiful beaches (e.g. Saint Cyprien) within 10min drive. A car, however, is necessary to go to the supermarket or bakery. Easy to find lots of parking space on the property. The apartment was very clean in general and requests - the private pool made loud noise one day - were responded to basically immediately by very friendly staff. Amenities like the seemingly brand-new kitchen with Bosch appliances, the BBQ grill on the outside deck, the private pool and the coffee machine were great. The view from our bedroom onto the distant coastline was amazing and we loved to wake up with the sunrise every morning. Two minor suggestions to improve the overall experience is to remove the small mold spots in the shower of the master bedroom and to better close off the visual barrier between the units in the pool area. Overall, we highly recommend the Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Terrasses d'Arsella and would definitely come back. "
