"Was a comfortable night. A few things needed attention; Bathroom vanity was recently replaced and glue between side and top had not been removed. Most concerning were the sheer curtains. Shabby and torn. Dual pane windows were cloudy and needed replacement. C’mon people-Guests deserve better!"

"I enjoyed my stay and everyone is always friendly. The problem is on my last visit my room was cleaned without my permission. So on this trip before we left the room I went to the front desk and requested no one to clean my room. I had already given my dirty towels to housecleaning. Upon returning to my room we noticed a clean bathroom towel/rug missing and the blinds open. They didn't cleaned the room but housecleaning had been in there. "The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the first room we were in smelled so musty that we had to ask for another room. They request was handled very quickly and without question. The second room smelled pleasing but it was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom floor was visibly dirty. I could tell things had been wiped because I could see the smeared film on everything. I did not feel good about the room because of the cleanliness. "
