"Super hotel. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is set in lovely grounds with a pool. The room had a balcony and working air conditioning. There is no EV charging on site but there's a McDonalds a very short distance away with rapid chargers. Really glad we found this hotel, it was an enjoyable stay. "

"The property is an old renovated and comfortable house with a pleasant garden in a small villagge. The owners, Sigrid and Manuel, welcomed us like family. Sigrid is an excellent cook and prepared us, as we requested, a light dinner including home made gazpacho, tomato bread, charcuterie and other local specialties. "Fab place. Need some money spend on the decor but actually that adds to the grandeur of the place. Great swimming, you could spend all day there. Lovely service, everyone smiling. Highly recommend!"

"I stayed for one night on a cycling trip. I was very happy with everything. Nadia met me at the door and explained everything nicely. She was able to provide secure storage for my bike around the corner from the property. The room was smartly furnished and a generous size. The breakfast, as noted by others, was delicious and extensive. It was a pleasure to share it with some other guests. Shops and centre ville are close by. I would definitely stay again."

"Room excellent although free wi-fi only seemed to work in reception in the other complex. Staff described as English speaking didn't understand much and didn't offer much in the way of helpful tourist info. Main pool excellent however chairs in pool area only appeared on the last day. Would go back though."

"We arrived on Ascencion day from the little yellow train to no bus or taxi from Villefranc to the hotel - locals gathered together at the station to take us to the hotel in a private car - refused to accept any payment. Next day we needed to do washing, again let down by taxi's to get to laundry (at the local supermarket and a local again gave us a lift but let down again by taxi's to return (not far enough). The dryer did not work so back to hotel with damp washing. Immediately hotel stepped...
