"The concept of this hotel is quite good, the 24/7 phone support solved most of the issues but a couple of notes, there were no extra pillows and when I enquired on the phone was told there are none in the restock cupboard and because there are no staff around to ask I had an uncomfortable few nights sleep. No milk with the coffee machine, lockers for luggage storage are very small and there is not enough of them. But with all that in mind its close to the underground transport maybe 3 mins walk...

"We booked two rooms; one for our daughters and one for us. We were offered an upgrade for special price which we took for our room. What we got was an upgrade to a king suite which was beautifully appointed, large, and comfortable. The service we received was outstanding. The only complaint is that the lobby had a smell of a backed up septic system, but which cleared by next day. Hotel is next to Köln Cathedral and the Christmas markets. Safe area. Will stay at this hotel on future visits."

"Ein sehr neues und modernes Hotel, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Check-In geht auch über Automaten vor Ort. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass es keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer gab, nur im Bad gab es einen kleinen Eimer. Leider ist das Hotel sehr weit außerhalb der Stadt und entsprechend weit vom Bahnhof entfernt."
