"Nice hotel. Overall, good hotel and good Service. Good BF although coffee like Americano its extra cost. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very good (i took Indian dishes)"

"We always stay at Bravia, the breakfast spread is good, staff are always smiling, rooms cleaned every day and check-in/checkout takes 2-3 minutes. What else do you need!"

"These guys are crooks! The pool was beautiful and the pizza was good. Not much else to say about them.. The newly renovated rooms appear nice but the Air Conditioner does not work.... with it on full blast the room stayed at 28°C and sounded like a car in the room (video - turn sound on!), i called for help many times and they finally sent in a technician who made it worse. After this, I called repeatedly for an update and they said they were working on it! I had translator who negotiated a room change which they were not keen on offering. Then the wifi didn’t work for 2 days and they kept telling me they were working on it.. then they told me they were running routing maintenance and knew it wasn’t working. They simply just lied. I documented all my interactions and emailed the manager who didn’t care. I asked for a reply to my complaint email (which they translated to French and printed, I witnessed all staff laughing about it) by the manager before settling the final bill (taxes only - room prepaid), the manager called security who came with their machine guns to intimidate me to pay and get me off the property. Be warned."
