"This should be advertised as a hostel. I rented the one single room with its own bathroom, but it was immediately adjacent to the other rooms and common areas and children playing Wrestlemania with the furniture continuously. It was clean, the property manager was nice, but the communal environemnt was not quite what I was expecting"

"The resort was wonderful with a spacious lodge, large and comfortable bed and bathroom. Great amenities. The wine tasting in the cellar was a lovely addition to the stay. The lodge is on the main highway however so the road noise is quite impactful when trying to relax on the verandah and even during the night. "

"Great vineyard location. We had big room right next to the vines! As part of the stay there is a complementary wine tasting and a shared hot tub! E-bike hire is available to explore the multiple vineyards in Gibbston. Restaurant on site is good - but closes quite early - however grazing boxes are available or there is an oven/ hob in the rooms "

"Hi Tony, Carrina and family Lake Dunstan Motel is indeed a hidden gem in Cromwell. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely classic motel with its peaceful surroundings and the views of the golf course and the hill/mountains in the background. "The room was compact but clean and tidy. Two bedside fans helped to keep the room cool. Staff were very helpful and friendly. My only concern is the shower floor was slipperry when wet, which I think was hazardous. I believe showers should be provided with rubber, non slip mats. Many thanks Kay"

"A truly unique stay. Up to modern standards, no one ever Modernized the Look of this 1898 hotel. It’s like stepping back in time. Loved the comfy seat on the veranda watching the world go by. The proprietors were very friendly and set up a great continental breakfast in the downstairs cafe. Loved it!"

"It was fabulous - extremely well equipped kitchen, private, quiet. The cottage had many extras that you usually do not find in a rental property. Has private yard, BBQ, jacuzzi tub, oven, full size frig, Nespresso, everything we wanted and more. Hosts are very nice and extremely helpful and accommodating. Excellent stay in everyway."

"Situated right in the centre of Clyde, but really quiet and easy walking to everything in Clyde. Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful so made everything easy. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent, along with breakfast in the morning. A very pleasant stay."

"Perfect location right next to the lake. We stayed here twice, and would stay again. The rooms do need some upgrade, but they are comfortable and clean. The front desk, concierge, and valet were all nice and helpful. "
