"The staff were friendly and accommodating. They would come out to help with our luggage each time we get in and out. The swimming pool was a bonus as we had grandkids who love water. Room service to change linen and towels every second day. Rooms were reasonably clean. "

"The staff at reception especially afternoon shift were lovely . I brought in laundry at 9pm and it got done by 11pm. With short notice they were so accommodating and very friendly. Will always book at Novotel Lami when in the Suva area. Vinaka Vakalevu "
