"Very nice and charming hotel. The staff is amazing. We were welcomed like old friends and given numerous tips for our 3 day stay in Catania. Breakfast is good and you can get freshly made scrambled eggs ( real eggs!) served with a smile. Order double espresso and add hot water to have really good coffee as americano is likely an instant coffee. Bed is very comfy with spotless white sheets. The area around looks a bit sketchy, but we never encountered any problems. "

A pack of hotel information in the room would have been useful - restaurant times/bar times/telephone number for reception & room service/local facilities etc. "

"The kitchen area had a hot plate and microwave but no pots pans plates so we couldn’t use them. Also had a nice patio outside the kitchen The room was spacious and the 2 doors with combination locks in addition the the room door lock made it feel secure even though there was no in room safe Overall a nice place to stay"

"Location is excellent, just ensure to turn left from the lobby door. The right side is “red light” district the staff said. Other than that, it’s safe and clean and very near to many great restaurants. "
