"Great that you can combine a stay at the hotel with free spa access. Despite seeing reviews which say that the staff are unhelpful and offhand we found that the reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area . The breakfast was varied and of a decent quantity and the Spa is an experience worth having ! "

"The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub...

"This was in a nice location for both a tourist and business traveler. It felt like a high value. There is an excellent restaurant on the same block in the main boulevard plus many coffee and croissant cafes. The hotel staff was friendly. Public spaces felt a bit sparse and dated, but the rooms had a recent update and were probably more photogenic than comfortable, but still nice. "Eco friendly... Left towels NOT on floor, they were changed anyway🙄.. Rug on entrance to hotel is absolutely filthy. Door to my room badly needs oil. Very stingy with tea bags in room. "Nice hotel it's located outside of the city center. Taxis and Uber to and from the city center had wait time's of 15 minutes. 35 to 40 minutes walk to the city center. Breakfast had a variety of options and was good especially for the price."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, and offered English quickly. The room was in excellent condition. The hallway by our room was a bit dirty when we arrived but upon mentioning it, they cleaned it right away. The room was in perfect condition and sparkling clean. A coffee maker was missed and would be an appropriate addition."
